It is hard to believe the summer has come and gone and we are already nearing Columbus Day weekend! I am finally taking a moment to thank you and reflect on our project over the last year. Annette and I both want to thank you and your entire staff for such a fantastic job and let you know how pleased we were with the entire process. It was a pleasure working with your entire staff and your subcontractors.

We set an aggressive timetable and your team pulled off the unheard of and had our occupancy weeks ahead of schedule. Butch and Bill the foremen on the job as you know are unbelievably talented and a pleasure to work with and always willing to take the time to do things right. David is extremely knowledgeable, organized. He has the patience willingness to take the time needed to work through questions, concerns, problems and ideas.

We especially appreciate your willingness to work with a couple of our own subs, allowing me to do the cabinetry, and for working with the PVC trim. We look forward to many years of fun and enjoyment with family and friends in our new home. The beautiful piece of work your team created continues to receive many compliments. I hope we can send some work your way in the coming years and I hope we have the opportunity to work together again as well.
