Pat and I want to express our great satisfaction with the retirement home you built for us, and for the superb service provided since our occupation of that house.
From the very start, we enjoyed working with you and your office crew, particularly Gary Dugas and Kim Poulin. Well before ground was broken we felt as if we were part of a "family". Your ability to work seamlessly with our exceptional architect, John Einsiedler, made for but trivial demands on us while we were still living in Virginia. Subsequently, the terrific group you assembled that put hammer, saw, and paint to use to create the final product was a dream-team. The friendly talented artisans were many; but we wish to personally recognize Butch Rush, Dom Rush, and Bill Lafreniere. We still marvel at Bill's stairway. Your leadership demonstrated by those identified above reflect an unusually close and talented group whose gratification includes the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customer. We feel privileged to have discovered Douston Construction.
We'd also like to single out the amiable and talented finish painter, Don Marineau, for always going the extra mile to make us happy; and Joy Martel at Lavalley Lumber for her superb help in creating Pat's kitchen.
Now, 18 months after moving in, with the workmanship warranty expires, we wish also to recognize the post-construction care you have provided. Today your folks finished correcting some superficial blemishes and the place shines as if new. That's service we have not experienced in our previous two dozen moves and nine homes.
