The list of subs and suppliers involved with our project and your detailed warranty hand-delivered by Toby last week is just one more item in the long list of thoughtful, useful and entirely unanticipated niceties we have enjoyed since our home was completed. When we first discussed our preliminary plans with you we were greatly impressed by your beautifully organized approach to the project. It's nice to see that same degree of care and thoughtfulness carried through to completion, and for that matter, well beyond.

You've built us a great house. Although the design was essentially our own you made many substantial contributions and the construction details and material specifications were entirely in your hands. It was clear from the beginning that you wanted no part of any compromise on either materials or workmanship and the result shows. Of equal or perhaps greater importance was the competence and pride all of your people showed in there work and there willingness - perhaps eagerness is a better word - to accommodate changes and to satisfy our desires. They were a joy to work with.

Thanks for all you did for us. You have our unqualified recommendation for any future project regardless of scope or size - and our very best for continued growth and success.
