Our construction process is well defined. A partnership is formed between Douston Construction Inc. and the new homebuilder. This partnership provides the homebuilder with detailed information regarding the building specifications and blueprints of their new home. Our Project Manager will help the new homebuilder design a home to meet their needs, through the selection of doors, windows, appliances, fixtures and other materials. Each phase of construction has industry standard quality control inspections. Our finished homes come with a Construction Quality Standard eighteen-month warranty. Douston Construction works with the new homebuilder from start to finish of their new home to ensure satisfaction. We can provide a listing of customers who will be willing to discuss their satisfaction with the Douston Construction building process, the quality of their home, and our service after the completion of their home.
