Our company, established in 1985, started building residential homes in 1988. Douston Construction Inc. maintains a strong commitment to quality, honesty and integrity, while bringing our projects in on time and within budget. Our attention to detail, cooperative spirit and "can do" attitude has lent a hand to customer satisfaction over the years. A Douston Construction home is built using only experienced craftsman and top quality materials. All Douston associates involved with building a new home are courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you may have before, during and after the construction process.
Our construction process is well defined. A partnership is formed between Douston Construction Inc. and our homeowners. This partnership provides our clients with detailed information regarding the building specifications and blueprints of their new home. Our Project Manager will help design a home to meet the owner's needs, through the selection of doors, windows, appliances, fixtures and other materials. Each phase of construction has industry standard quality control inspections. Our finished homes come with a Construction Quality Standard eighteen-month warranty. Douston Construction works with our clients from start to finish to ensure complete satisfaction. We can provide a listing of our references who will be willing to discuss their satisfaction with the Douston Construction building process, the quality of their home and our service after the completion of their home. A finished Douston Construction home is well planned, well built, and customized to the homeowners needs.
Douston Construction, Inc. is uniquely qualified to meet any construction needs; whether planning and building a dream home, remodeling a one hundred year old kitchen, or building a large commercial project. Douston Construction, Inc. will meet these needs using the latest in construction methodologies combined with an old- fashioned work ethic.
